I am an Army veteran of the 325th Airborne Infantry with the 82nd Abn  Division, Oathkeeper and a member of the Jefferson County Sheriff Brigade of Pennsylvania.

My goal has been to install a Constitutional Sheriff in my County and protect the inhabitants from any unconstitutional act perpetrated by ANY unlawful agency and from an over reaching Government that seems to be in every facet of our lives. Our incumbent Sheriff wasn't willing to step up and do his job so I ran against him in 2011.
I lost in the primary and he went on to the Nov election unopposed.

I just recently learned that according to the Pennsylvania County Code Act of August 9th 1955, (Article 4, Section 403) all elected employees of the County must take 2 Constitutional oaths. One for the Commonwealth and one for the County. Failing to do that results in them forfeiting their office and being forever barred from holding an office of trust. In his first term of 2008, our Sheriff never took the oaths required which disqualifies him from holding any position of trust.
He has also failed to record his commission as mentioned in the County Code Act (Article 4, Section 404) in good time which means that he made decisions when he was not lawfully the Sheriff which will have huge ramifications for our County.

This is an issue that should be looked at in ALL Counties in Pennsylvania. Go to your Prothonotory's office and get a copy of your Sheriff's oath. Ask for both of them. If there is only one oath, he or she is de facto (unlawful). Get the oaths of all of them from the Sheriff to the Commissioners as well. They ALL must take 2 oaths. It has been discovered that not one person in Jefferson County has followed the rules and taken both oaths and they could all very soon be looking for other work.
I have a lawyer representing me in my quest Daniel Pallen of Media Pennsylvania. We asked the the District attorney of our county and the PA Attorney General to investigate the claims and they never responded. We have now served a Quo Warranto complaint on the de facto Sheriff and have a hearing set for July 21st 2014. This could be just the beginning.
All of this we have been financing on a small pension. I don't need to tell you that legal fees are expensive but we MUST keep going. These people seem to thumb their noses at the ordinary Joe. If we broke the law we would immediately be held accountable and WE must make them accountable.
I am looking for donations to help keep the wheels turning. Daniel Pallen is being very accommodating but we need to keep ahead of the fees. Anything that you can manage will be used for the legal fees and nothing else. It's a patriotic cause that may make a huge difference to many peoples lives and we can't keep it going alone.

Thank you.
