On 31st May 2014, Rhianydd Hitchcock was taken from us. Rhianydd, or Rhi to her friends, was a Police Constable working at Alloa Police Office.

Rhi leaves behind her daughter Maia, mother Naomi and sister Sam.  She also leaves behind other loved ones, friends, colleagues and others whose lives Rhi touched with her warmth and beaming personality.

This page is being set up to enable any person who wishes to do so, donate money to a great and worthwhile cause.  Rhi's mother and sister are having a beautiful handcrafted headstone created for her resting place.  Any further monies raised will be given to Naomi and Sam with the intention of alleviating the financial strain of the funeral costs.

I, Sean Frew, will be taking part in the Edinburgh Spartan Sprint dressed as the Porridge Oats Man- a name affectionately provided to me by Rhianydd - on 21st September 2014 as an end point for collections.  Monies will cease being taken on 28th September 2014.

Many thanks for taking time to read this page.
