Our dog rescue group is 100% not for profit. We operate on our adoption fees and the kind donations of our generous supporters. When dogs come into our care needing extensive veterinary care, it makes it very hard if the funding is not available. In february alone we spent over $6000 in vet care on spays/neuters, x-rays, antibiotics, I.V treatments, and vaccines. We need help recovering some of these costs inorder to continue to help dogs in need regardless of health concerns.

Pictured is an 8 year old border collie named Queenie. Queenie was surrendered into our care as a "healthy girl" however a few days later she was in shock from Kidney failure due to an untreated disease called Leptospirosis. Because we were given no history of medical concern the testing to figure out what was wrong was lengthy. She stayed at our vet's office for 3 days on Intervenous before the results came in. By the time we got her the disease had destroyed her kidney and liver functions and her body slipped into septic shock. We helped Queenie peacefully cross the rainbow bridge to end her pain and suffering. The cost for Queenie's care was high and so we need your help!

Thanks to the generous supporters who donate to this site we will be able to help all the dogs that cross our path to ensure all steps are taken for them to live healthy and happy lives.
