Two year old ittle Maddison is one of a hand full to have been diagnosed with 19p13.2 deletion, an ultra rare chromosomal disorder. Children with 19p13.2 deletion are missing part of the 19th chromosome and can suffer from:

Feeding and growth problems and/or failure to thrive.

Delayed development

Communication problems with speech delay in some children

Behavioural/emotional disorders – One or more of the following disorders are prevalent and often quite severe: autism, ADHD, aggressive behaviour, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety and/or sensory processing disorder.

Learning (intellectual) disabilities

Insomnia is common and often requires medication and/or sleep training.

Eyesight issues. Many children with a 19p13.2 microdeletion have eye problems and it is common to have a prescription that requires glasses.

In Maddison's case she constantly and consistently bruises and beats her self beyond belief! Her parents have been denied by insurance for a helmet for her and the safety bed she needs. Meanwhile Maddie is bloodying and bruising and causing damage to herself.

The patented design of the Noah’s World Sleep Bed is amazing. The wooden construction is finely crafted out of solid wood by Co-Founder Chris Stupp, who has more than 20 years’ experience as a craftsman and successful business owner. The cushioned inside padding is soft to touch and the zippers are strong and resistant to breakage. The exterior of the Noah’s Bed is individually sewn and only the strongest materials are used to maximize the strength and durability of the bed.

Since Maddison was denied equipment she needs to stay safe via her insurance, the Noah Bed folks have worked out a very generous price reduction making it a more realistic goal for her family

Please help us get Maddie her bed, so she can rest safely and her parents have some peace of mind.
