Allie DeCiccio is a 4 yr old little girl who is silly, full of life, a jokester, beautiful, innocent and precious. Her world came crashing to an abrubt halt on August 1st, 2011 when at the age of 2, she was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, standard risk. Since that day, Allie has been fighting bravely for a chance to have a long, healthy life. Allie is the daughter of Miss Lindsay DeCiccio, and step daughter of Marine Corps Veteran David Baxter. Due to Allie's needs, she is unable to attend school or daycare at this time, and requires around the clock care from her mommy, Lindsay, rendering her unable to work. There are many expenses associated with cancer that most of us dont even think about. There is the gas back and forth to treatment, the money for food and toiletries while inpatient at the hospital, specific foods, drinks, and supplements. And of course the everday expenses that we all have, phone, insurance, living expenses, and maintaing a vehicle is a neccesity since there are constantly unexpected trips back and forth to the hospital. Just because your child becomes sick does not mean that all of these bills stop comming.
What would happen if it was your family? Can you imagine all the extra stress that the everyday bills would bring on top of the cancer itself? How do you keep up?

A cancer diagnosis itself is a devastating blow to any family...But a cancer diagnosis for a beautiful, healthy, lively little girl whose mother was working hard to provide a future and a life for her daughter on her own was beyond devastating.

But there is a way that YOU can help. If you feel led to donate to help offset some of the expenses for this amazing family, feel free to do so here. This is truly a family in need and if there was ever a time to donate and help someone in need directly, this is it.
Thank you so much for your help and your generousity.

And remember to follow Allie's journey at www.facebook.com/prayersforallie.

May God bless you and bring you health and happiness.
