Only married for eight months, this young bride and her three children were in a tragic car accident on their way to church December 28, 2013. Sadly the life of one of her sons was lost that day along with the driver of the other vehicle involved. Both surving children were hospitalized in intensive care with her daughter needing neck and spinal surgery. My friend, (the mother of the children), is in critical condition and suffering so severly from her injuries that she has required mulitple surgeries on different areas of her body, physically she will never be the same. Emotionally, there are no words to describe our state. She is not even yet aware that she has lost her son.

This family of five had been preparing to go into full time ministry in March of 2014 helping children who had been rescued from trafficking. The son they lost had hopes of becoming a pastor when he grew up. The love of Christ is in their every decision. They are a humble and servant minded family who is at the very beginning of the most heartbreaking and life changing journey they will ever endure.

Please donate as much as you are able so that this new husband and father can focus his time and devotion to being there for his family.

UPDATE: With time there has been progress. Many surgeries later and I believe one more to go, my friend is now awake and suffering a level a pain I cannot fathom. Her husband is by her side, standing very strong in faith but so very weary of heart. Your donations and kind words have allowed his mind to be with his wife and children. Thank you for your continued monetary support and the level of love that each of you are expressing in your messages and actions.
