This will be a HUGE event and we would love all of your support.
We have been asked by Rupert and his foundation to spearhead a fundraiser to help raise money for his Rupert's Kids orginization. He spent so much time last year in the Governor's race that now it is time to refocus on his passion and his charity.
Ok here is the list of things that are going on that day.
Car Show $ 15.00 registration fee with awards for different categories (to be announced) stationed at the Radio Station registration starts at 12:00pm - 2:00pm judging will be all day with awards given out when the bikes return from their run between 4-5pm.
We will also have a Motorcycle run starting at the radio station registration starts at 8:00am Fee is $ 15.00/bike if you ride in the run and you want to be in the bike show at Mann's it is only an additional $ 5.00 kickstands up at 11:30 and going to Mann's Harley Davidson in Edinburgh where there will be a bike show entry fee $ 20.00/bike unless you paid $15.00 to run in the ride then it's only and additional $5.00 and lots of other activities. (Award categories to be announced and trophies given out at Mann's before we leave to head back to Shelbyville) We will then leave from Mann's at 3:00pm and return to Shelbyville.
There will be music all day sponsored by Mustache Sally's and Food and Drinks provided by Crosstown Bar and Grill.
We will have face painting and airbrushing for the kids.
We are also having a Run What You Brung Power wheel races for the kids with prizes as well.
Rupert will be signing autographs and his t-shirts will be available for purchase at both locations. He will also be riding with us in the bike run !!
New Breed and both Infamous Few Chapters will be sponsoring the bike run and the car show is being put on by The Shelbyville Shifters.
So grab the kiddos, the classic car and the hot motorcycle and come out for a fun filled day of charity and help Rupert get his cause back on track.
We also have booth spaces available for anyone that wants to advertise their businesses. These are primitive sites only (no electricity available) if you need electricity you will have to provide your own generator. Booths are $ 50.00 for advertising and $ 100.00 (+10% of sales goes to the fundraiser) for booths that want to sell items. For info on reserving booth space contact Jamie Burns at 317-658-1913.
