In mid-December 2012, Paolo Bo was beaten by Orlando Police Department. Paolo Bo, a US citizen, was witnessing OPD using excessive force during an arrest of two hand-cuffed defendants face down on the ground. Paolo decide to video record the arrest on his phone when the Officers noticed and turned on him for the phone. The Officers had to call an ambulance for Paolo when they were done and charged him for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest WITHOUT violence. The Officers tucked his phone back into his pant pocket while he was being loaded into the ambulance after erasing his video. The Officers have a track record pf over (20+) allegations for this type of behavior. Paolo Bo has suffered serious and permanent bodily harm. Paolo Bo has a family and is in need of medical services and incurring many medical and legal fees. He has nerve damage, has had dental surgery, bone graft and needs help for himself and to stop the OPD Officers from hurting others or worse for non-violent crimes.
