The solution is clear: with support from the Vancouver Sun’s Adopt-A-School (AAS) campaign, Blewett Elementary seeks $5,000 to supplement the limited $3,000 they receive from the government’s Feeding Futures program. This funding would allow them to ensure no child goes hungry, improving their ability to learn and thrive.

However, there's a gap. The school lacks the manpower to consistently prepare meals and often runs out of food. AAS funding would enable them to order hot lunches from a local grocery store, ensuring consistent access to nutritious meals.
