Ellie is five years old, bright, smile inducing, and fills your heart with love. However, due to a genetic disorder, she is not able to walk independently. Her own Rifton Adaptive Tricycle will give Ellie independence, improved strength, and confidence.

Ellie, was born with a rare genetic disorder known as Cerebellar Hypoplasia. This has affected her ability to walk independently or talk. She uses a walker and Dafo braces to get around. In the past she's also had Theratogs and a DMO suit to build her core strength. We're hoping that if she receives this bike, it will allow her to continue to build on her core and leg muscles. She has used a Rifton bike during therapy sessions in the past and loves it. This would be very beneficial in her continued development towards independence.
