There has been an ongoing situation over the weekend rescuing cats from the home of a hoarder.  Several trusted rescuers have been on the scene, working in the home to trap and rescue the cats who have been living in extremely bad conditions (pictured above is the basement of the home).

There are anywhere from 35-70 cats total; I am waiting for an exact count.  The rescuers have been in the home all day.  Cats that have microchips are trying to be returned to their originating rescues (if any exists).  Cats without chips are being removed to rescuer's homes to be held as they are assessed and moved into rescue.

AT A MINIMUM these cats have to be brought current on their rabies vaccinations, so this fundraiser is to accomplish that.  I'm setting an amount of $1000 to get these cats brought current on their vaccinations as well as any additional vetting any of them need. Some of them are in not-great shape. :(
