Lily and Fionn were both abandoned in Ireland and rescued by Morgan's Dog Rescue in Alston, Cumbria. To help other dogs in need Emily, Lily's new owner and Katie, Fionn's new owner have organised these four sponsored walks to raise much needed funds.
These are the details of the four walks. Please come along and join us and get your friends and family to sponsor you or if you can't make it any donations would be gratefully received.

Derwent Water: Saturday 3rd August 10:00 am
Meet at Great Wood National Trust Car Park (Pay & Display) NY 272 212.
This is the longest of the four walks and is 10 miles in length but is more or less level throughout. Some road sections but mostly lakeside paths with possible cafe stops!

Meet at the layby with the phone box at the bottom of Fangs Brow NY 118 225.
This walk is 4 miles of easy walking apart from one short steep climb. There is some road walking but it should be quiet as the walk is in the evening. Please be aware that Loweswater has blue/green algae in it so do not allow dogs to drink or swim in the water.
