I was diagnosed with Polycystic Kidney Disease back in the 1990's as i inherited it from my dad who passed away in 1999.

Since being diagnosed with Polycystic Kidney Disease i have had to have several ultrasounds to see how the kidney disease is progressing and i have to see Dr Tomlinson at Stafford District General Hospital every 12 months to monitor my condition.

I have decided to do the London Bridges Walk again to support Kidney Research UK and help raise vital funds for people that are currently suffering from chronic kidney failure.

My partner Lee,who only has one kidney, will be doing the walk with me as well as my mum and stepdad.
