Kyler James Morris was born 6 weeks prematurely on Oct. 16th, 2012. He has already undergone major surgery to remove more than 95% of his small intestines. Kyler will need to stay at University of Maryland Children's Medical Center for quite some time before he can come home. He will need a feeding tube before he can come home and an intestinal transplant in the future. Any help at all is greatly appreciated and your prayers would be an awesome gift as well.

Update 11/1~ Kyler is now 15 days old and recovering nicely from his surgery. He is on a nasal to stomach feeding tube and IV nutrition due to the loss of so much of his small bowel He still has a long road ro travel and will not be able to come home for weeks.

Update 11/24~ Kyler will under go surgery on Monday Nov. 26th to get a "Mic-Key button" which is a permanent port for a feeding tube that goes directly into his stomach. The doctor's will be moving his PIC line for his IV nutrition from his ankle area up to his arm. Please keep Kyler and the family in your thoughts and prayers. We hope to be able to bring him home in time for Christmas.
