On October 10, 2014 my cousin Kim (on left in photo) was found laying on the floor in her apartment helpless and unconscious until her mother, friends and Co workers became worried and sent help to check on her. Kim had suffered a stroke in the night and could not get help for herself. As a result she has been in the hospital in Nashville since this date.  Kim is no longer able to work and has to be moved out of her apartment and the family is trying to get her back to Memphis where they can take care of her.  She is in need of extensive rehabilitation of which her insurance is not able to cover as well as needing  money for million of other expenses so that she don't have to worry and so she can concentrate on getting better.  If you can help in any way please find it in your heart to. No amount is to small. Kim is a great person and would help anyone with anything if she could, lets help her!!! Thanks in advance
