This is a FUND RAISER to help take care of the costs of the veterenary care of our dear late Kilo. He became very ill late March, early April 2014 and we did all we could to save this amazing little boy.

I decided to bring the goal down to the $2,000 that we initially used for his April 1st - 3rd hospitalization. We used CareCredit for that and have 6mo. to take care of the balance. That is the main goal now, the rest was cash for the 4 times after he was sent back home to us. NOT including the final visit to try and save him, that was $1K for a total of $4200. WE LOVED HIM THAT MUCH!!!

This is a FUND RAISER to help take care of the costs of the veterenary care of our dear late Kilo. He became very ill late March, early April 2014 and we did all we could to save this amazing little boy.

At 5 years old this month, Kilo became very ill and stopped eating. He was admitted at Milwaukee Emergency Center for Animals (MECA)( http://www.erforanimals.com/) under the amazing care of owner Dr. Marla Lichtenberger and her outstanding staff for two days on April, 1st, 2014 for pancreatitis. In and out for persistent problems and along with the non-stop care at home from Kristen & I for nearly three PROMISING weeks, Kilo lost his battle Saturday, April 19th, do too sudden massive organ and respiratory failure from severe anemia. His blood cell count levels were at 20 (normally 45 for a healthy feline). And after being on life support for a few hours and a failed blood transfusion we had to make the call that NO person ever wants to do. Either it be a loved one, or a pet that has brought them amazing unconditional love and affection for years.

Kilo will not only be missed by us his loving owners but also by those who knew him in and outside our home. Friends, family, even the neighbors loved him when he would go outside for walks with me.

Any help of a donation would be extremely appreciated to the accrued costs of his veterinary care, although the best he could ever get from anyone anywhere, that just wasn't quite enough. Kilo fought and amazing battle and was a true trooper. Still very affectionate, loving and needed to be near us all the time, he is now forever in our hearts.

R.I.P our dearest little boy! Never forgotten, forever in our heats!! Thank you all, Keith & Kristen

Our last goodbye. ❤❤❤❤❤ R.I.P. Kilo our little boy!
