June 2, 2012 I had major neck surgery to have a herniated disc removed that was pinching my nerves to my legs to my spine and replaced. My disc was replaced with cadaver bone and a steel cage was put around 2 of my other lower disc in my neck. Since then i have received bilateral nerve damage to my right and left hand pinky and ring fingers. I also have nerve damage in my top right forearm down through my elbow. I am also starting to have problems with my legs. My right leg feels all loose while my left leg feels very stiff. The left side of my left hand is so tight i can barely close it and my pinky and ring fingers on my right hand are very swollen and feels like the nerves are on top of my fingers and very painful. After my surgery i went back to my window manufacturing job for 6 months. I had to leave my job January 25, 2013 because the pain got to intense. I have applied for disability and been turned down twice and will go in front of a judge at the end of this year. As of now i am not working and struggling to make ends meet. I am trying to raise enough money until my disability hearing. Any and all help and prayers would greatly be appreciated. Thank you and God Bless. Just to add I am a Navy veteran and all my treatment is through the VA.
