Your support of BlackArtMattersATX lifts up black voices. When you make a monthly sustaining contribution, you will receive artists updates and invitations to special events with the artists and BAMATX team.
Black Art Matters ATX accepts proposals for visual, musical, performance, literary and cinematic work by Black artists living in Austin, Texas.
Proposals are reviewed by a curatorial panel. Funding will be based on funds availability. Chosen proposals will be reviewed for artistic content and relevance to this moment in history. There is no deadline - proposals will be reviewed and funded on a rolling basis indefinitely.
