You must be 21 years of age to participate and you must raise the minimum of $1,000 to participate in the Golf Marathon.

The World Health Organization has declared the 2019 novel corona virus disease (COVID-19) to be a global pandemic. Accordingly, all participants should understand Operation Support Our Troops-America (OSOT-America) and its host facilities are committed to operating events in compliance with all applicable government orders. All procedures and policies set forth in conducting OSOT-America events shall be subject to change based on any future Orders issued by any government authority with jurisdiction. OSOT-America and its host facilities expect that participants will adhere to all guidelines issued by governmental authorities, OSOT-America and its host facilities in connection with each event. A participant's failure to comply with such guidelines may result in disqualification from participating in the event.

OSOT-America is committed to conducting events for its members, volunteers and supporters. However, OSOT-America and its host facilities DO NOT provide any assurance that such events will be conducted free of risk, including risks associated with COVID-19. Each participant must make an independent determination regarding the risks and benefits of participating in any event. By participating, each participant acknowledges that there are dangers associated with attending events during a pandemic and agrees to accept the risk of illness or death caused by COVID-19. Each participant further understands and agrees that OSOT-America and its host facilities can provide no assurances regarding health or safety in connection with participation in the event. OSOT-America, on its own and on behalf of its host facilities, disclaims any liability for bodily harm, injury, medical expenses, lost wages or other costs, liabilities or damages of any kind or nature (collectively "Damages") incurred by participants due to COVID-19 or other causes.

EACH PARTICIPANT WAIVES AND RELEASES ANY AND ALL KNOWN AND UNKNOWN CLAIMS AGAINST AND AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS, OSOT-AMERICA, ITS HOST FACILITIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES WITH RESPECT TO ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY THE PARTICIPANT AT OR IN CONNECTION WITH EVENTS MANAGED BY OSOT-AMERICA, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES INCURRED AS A CONSEQUENCE OF OR RELATING TO COVID-19, WHETHER OR NOT RESULTING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY HEREBY RELEASED ENTITY OR PERSON.
