Hello my name is Heather, I am a friend of David’s and his representative. I hope you will read the story and find it in your heart to donate so he can pay for an attorney.
Thank you!
On May 2, 2009 David was pulled over by two Michigan State
Police Officers who made disparaging sexual jokes as they
administered a breathalyzer test.
They "4 point restrained" David with steel shackles
(no padding) to take his blood, despite evoking his right to
religion.
* When David mentioned Jesus Christ:
The enraged officers began to punch him in the face and
simultaneously twisted the steel cuffs into his wrists and ankles,
cutting deep gashes, chipping bone, and severe bruising.
One officer thrust his elbow in David's throat to silence his
screams for help. This continued until he was unconscious. It was
all caught on camera.
The MSP officers filed false assault charges. Michigan's justice
system abroad is teeming with corruption. Cover ups keep it out of
the news. I hope you'll help me uncover the truth about the tragedy
that David and Tanna suffered at the hands of an evil cop and
prosecutor.
AN AMERICAN TRAGEDY:
On February 28, 2010 Tanna came to David's house for help after
she was assaulted. He saved Tanna's life by rushing her to the
hospital. Tanna did not accuse David, and identified a man of a
different race as the true perpetrator.
The officer assigned to the case ruled David out as a suspect.
But when he learned David sought counsel to sue police for
brutality, he devised a plot to frame him for Tanna's assault.
The officer began to manipulate Tanna into repeating an
accusation he made up about a crowbar. He abused his police training
in psychology to induce Tanna's anger. On March 28, 2010 he
rehearsed the accusation with Tanna and she repeated it to execute
David's false arrest.
A few days later, Tanna felt guilty and began a campaign to
clear David's name. She tried to expose the corrupt officer.
On April 30, 2010 Tanna testified that David did not commit the
assault and the cop told her what to say in the accusation. On May
18, 2010 she signed a sworn affidavit declaring his innocence. On
July 13, 14, 2010 she testified under oath again that David is
completely innocent and she wrote letters explaining his innocence.

Over the jail phone monitored by the officer, Tanna told David
she was going to testify against the cop at his trial and exonerate
him. Despite the cop knowing she planned to testify against him:
On August 5, 2010, the officer smeared a pan with an abundance
of non biological dark - red, brown, orange stains to fabricate a
weapon. But six months prior, the evidence technician testified it
did not have any red stains on it. Big red flag. See, (Gallery # 2).
The cop manufactured the false weapon, and gave it to the same
State Police location for testing, that employed the officers who
brutalized David in 2009.
Needless to say, they were happy to falsify a positive blood
trace finding. He also gave them a clean [decoy] swab labeled
"Tanna" to compare.
The cop gave David's attorney the falsified forensic reports to
extort him: In August of 2010, the attorney levied a disturbing
proposal at the jail:
* The attorney presented:
(1.) A subpoena to obtain the security camera recordings of the
police brutality; and
(2.) MSP forensic reports depicting the fabricated weapon.
The lawyer silently warned the meeting was being monitored by
the cop. With a sneaky wink, he told David video footage of the
police brutality was deleted. Then said the charges would be
dismissed if he goes along with the story.
David replied, "The weapon is false evidence!" The
attorney smiled and nodded, "yes." David promised Tanna
would be at trial to expose everything. The attorney shook his head
"NO," waving his arms erratically, warning him to be
quiet. David promised the cop will be fired.
Then the attorney made a silent threat: He acting as if he were
injecting a syringe in his arm, dropped his mouth open, and laid his
head back. (He mimicked Tanna's overdose.) With a cold stare, he
said, "Let's hope she doesn't show for trial then."
David said, "What's that supposed to mean?" The
attorney said, "Have a good day," and left. David called
Tanna and told her to go to the FBI to report this. Two months
later, Tanna was found dead from a drug overdose.
The dirty cop stopped Tanna from testifying against him. She
couldn't refute the falsified weapon, or declare David's innocence.
The perfect cover up. Or was it?...
THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL TRIAL PROCEEDINGS:
David retains the following newly discovered evidence that has
never been presented to the jury or litigated. (Please visit his
Facebook page to read details):
1. Tanna's multiple testimonial recantations and admissions of
David's innocence;
2. The weapon was falsified with:
(i.) Suddenly appearing "Red Stains" (faux blood)
after six months of being in police custody, supported by evidence
technician testimony,
(ii.) Male DNA was stolen from 3 different cases to represent
Tanna's "non existent female DNA" to falsify a comparison
match;
3. At trial, the prosecutor held a letter in his hand (alleging
David was the author), as he conducted a "false reading"
to the jury.
(i.) He falsified a reading that David instructed Tanna to
provide false testimony by blaming a different person and to clear
him of wrongdoing.
(ii.) Prosecution's spoken words do not exist in the letter.
(iii.) The letter is dated AFTER her testimony. It cannot
influence prior testimony.
4. All of prosecutions witnesses and evidence is inadmissible hearsay.
After being wrongly convicted, he was given life in prison for
assault with intent to murder (and related offenses). David needs an
attorney to facilitate experts and investigators to certify his
evidence of innocence. You can help us uncover earth shattering
corruption. Your donations will be used to save David's innocent
life. God bless and thank you.
