Estimated Timeline

VCN is working with iComply, a recognized expert in cybersecurity and digital identification. Their contribution means we don’t have to start from scratch — giving us a big leap toward the finish line.

Our projected timeline is:

• MVP Demo (basic vault + executor flows): ~4 months

• Public Beta: 6–8 months

• Launch-Ready Platform: 8–9 months

Fine Print & Important Notes

• Vault Activation: All vaults purchased through crowdfunding will begin on the official launch date of Legacy Defender.

• Annual Fees: Any included fee waivers will be calculated starting from that same launch date.

• Lifetime Waivers: Lifetime fee waivers apply to one designated vault (personal or family) and are non-transferable.

• Data Overages: Standard data overage fees ($5/GB/year) apply if storage limits are exceeded.

• Professional & Patron Tiers: Branded support and client vault benefits will be configured during onboarding after launch.

• Community Ownership: Governance tokens and contributor voting rights will be issued once the governance framework is finalized.
