As neighbors, we can once again share an evening together dedicated to lining our neighborhood streets with light and working to provide for those in need. As you already know, the funds we will raise will go to Bethlehem's New Bethany. New Bethany provides services for those in our community facing poverty, hunger and homelessness: weekday hot lunches, a food pantry, opportunities for the homeless to shower and wash clothing as well as transitional housing. New Bethany is also one of the few area agencies that can keep homeless family members together under one roof.
Most important, New Bethany provides an opportunity for those in need to become self-sufficient. Your dollars won't be wasted. If you have not had an opportunity to view the video above, please do. Donors are asked to record their Luminaria orders online under the name of their block captain.....in your case Ellen Pagano. I live on Weyhill Farm Rd. and primarily serve neighbors in the area bordered by Weyhill Farm Rd., Linden Oaks Lane, Green Acres Dr. and Country Rd., including Weyhill Circle, Weyhill Crescent and Stonehill Way. I also serve homes on Merryweather Dr.
If you are new to Luminaria Night and live in the vicinity of my area, you can also order kits on this site.
