As a school, we have set a fundraising goal of $16,000 for this year’s run. If each student collected a minimum of $45, we would easily surpass that. However, any amount is appreciated and welcomed.
Last year we raised OVER $25,000!!!! If we can beat that amount this year, the PTO will purchase a yearbook for EVERY student!
What is the Mount Nittany Elementary School PTO?The Mount Nittany Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) supports the families and staff of Mount Nittany Elementary School by coordinating and helping to support fun, enriching school-wide events, and programming.
What do we do?
PTO funding supports school field trips, classroom
activities, student school supplies, clubs, books, spirit wear for
incoming students, playground equipment, and family functions. Some
events include ice cream socials, Litfest, and Exploration Fair. All
students at MNE benefit from PTO sponsored events and programming.

What is the Fun Run?
The Fun Run is a fun morning where each MNE class take turns walking, running, skipping, rolling around the Bus Loop. They do this to help raise money for the school. This year the MNE Fun Run will be October 6th!
