Remy is a hard working doggy. He goes to work every day at his mummy's salon where he greets customers at the door with a happy face and wagging tail, keeps seats warm before customers arrive, and snoozes in the back so that his mummy doesn't have to. He is a valuable member of the salon team. You can see him sitting in the window as you walk by, waiting to make a new friend and bring a smile to their face.

On Friday May 9th whilst hard at work at the salon Remy keeled over and began crying as he lay on the floor. There was no running to greet the customers, no seat warming, and no snoozing. There was only pain.

Remy's mummy rushed him to the hospital where he began to bleed profusely as doctors poked and prodded and x-rayed him to find out what was wrong. After hours of investigation it was found that a bone that Remy had eaten the day before had become lodged in his bowel and had pierced through causing him excruciating pain. Unable to pass the bone himself, and unable to reach the bone to remove it manually Remy faces life-saving emergency surgery.
For all of us at Kimberley's we know it is not an option to not continue with the surgery, however, insurance will only cover a fraction of the cost, leaving a £4500 bill left to pay.
We are left to ask others to please play a role in saving Remy's life. His absence at the salon has left an unavoidable hole in space, and in our hearts.

Please help bring Remy home.
