Since 2005, the sisters of Epsilon Chi have hosted "Kicks for Kids", a kickball tournament to raise money for children's play therapy rooms in support of their philanthropy.

The RPM Fund made specific grants to hospitals for play therapy – a long-standing philanthropic outreach of Tri Sigma. This fund was established in 1951 after our second National President's son, Robbie Page, succumbed to polio, at Boston's Children's Hospital. The money raised for the Robbie Page fund supports research on childhood diseases, the maintenance of play therapy rooms, and also funds graduate study in the field of recreational therapy. Currently, Tri Sigma has play therapy rooms at the University of North Carolina Memorial Hospital at Chapel Hill, and at the Children's Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Merging these two charitable parts of Tri Sigma into a tax exempt organization allowed members to give tax deductible gifts to fund play therapy programs throughout the country, award scholarships to deserving members, and, in addition, support leadership training and education programs of the national Tri Sigma Organization.
