Obviously the economy is affecting many people, and they need help to achieve their dreams and goals. I am asking for help to make those dreams come true, not just for my own family, but paying it forward to help another family that has no home to call their own on our end as well.

We have always turned nothing into something. It's a work in progress. Our plan is to find a house for 10 to 40 thousand dollars (yes, they are out there. I found one the other day a bit away from us but in an area that we would like to live) that we can improve and call our home. We have a large family, 8 (of 10) children live at home and myself and my husband. Our oldest at home is 17, and our youngest is 3 months now (she was born prematurely).

We are raising money to help purchase a home. One that we can do mainly cosmetic work (my husband hangs and finishes drywall, and many other construction and handyman things as well). We need a home that we can build on to. Our goal is a much larger, older home, as they were built with good bones and it'll afford us the room we need.

Paying it foward.

We currently have an older single wide that has two bedrooms built on (addition is 20' by 12'...so one room is 11' some inches by 12'. The other room is about 9' by 12'). It needs work cosmetically as well. It was in much worse shape when we got it. It's livable, and will be given to a local family (of our choosing) who has no home to call their own. They, too, can finish things cosmetically that they choose to do with it. Currently it sits on family land, so it will need to be moved. If we raise enough money, we will pay to have it moved for whomever we gift with this single wide home.

Because we do not have any family in mind to gift the single wide and room addition to, you are encouraged to share a family you know ( do not share identifiable information about them. If my husband and I decide to gift them the single wide with addition, we will contact you by email), and the reasons my husband and I should consider gifting to them. Email for donors to share a family for consideration is fundrazr20132014@outlook. com (without the space between . com)

We will take any and all considerations into account from our donators concerning local families and their need of a home to call their own. Please carefully read my full post, as gifting this single wide to a family is being done out of kindness and is not up for debate or discussion as to whom my husband and I gift this home to. There is no set date or timeline to gift the single wide to a family. We will make our decision once we have raised funds and purchased our home prior to gifting the single wide home to someone.

Help us and in return we can help someone else. Thank you very much.

Note: (For legal purposes, I'd like to point out a few things so that no one is confused). The single wide and addition will be gifted to a family chosen by my husband and myself, from our local area, once we are able to move into our home we are raising funds to purchase. This home is not up for auction, nor is it up for sale. It is not intended for anyone other than myself and my husband to decide whom/which family locally to gift this home to. This fund raiser does not include any drawing for the single wide and addition, gifting of said single wide home (by anyone other than myself and my husband), etc. If we are unable to raise the funds we need to purchase a home at the end of this fundraiser, we will continue to save and add to the funds we raise and then purchase our home. Afterwards, we will then find a family and still follow through with our plans to gift them our single wide with addition. Either way, two families will have homes. It will be up to the family we choose to gift the single wide to  to find their own land/have their own land, as the single wide has to be moved immediately (land does not go with the single wide, and it is not for rent).
