Francine is my little disabled bully foster puppy. She was born on February 23, 2013, and posted on Craigslist on April 6, 2013 as a six week old, already weaned healthy pup, along with her two brothers. We saved her and she's with me until I'm sure she's a healthy girl, or forever, one or the other. The University of Missouri Veterinary Hospital has already evaluated her, and she has a problem with both rear legs. The kneecaps are on the inside of the legs, preventing the muscles and bones from growing correctly. So, she can barely bend them, and she walks and runs like a bunny. They say she's probably in some pain, and it will worsen as she grows. You would never know it by watching her, because she is so happy and playful and loving. The first surgery needs to happen as soon as possible, and is going to cost $5600. And as she gets a little older, there will have to be two more surgeries. I have MS, and that's more than my medication costs me every month. So, Francie and I need your help.
