What we do.

The Santa Rita Stampede is Here! 

The Santa Rita Stampede is our biggest annual fundraiser, and the one that provides the majority of the funds for Santa Rita Elementary PTO for the entire year.

Your support makes everything possible. Because of generous families like you, our PTO is able to:

• Provide teacher appreciation events and classroom resources 

• Fund student programs, enrichment activities, and school events 

• Fund family and student events and celebrations

• Support campus improvements that benefit every child 

But we can’t do it without you. Every donation—big or small—directly impacts our students, teachers, and school community.

Together, we can give our kids the tools, experiences, and support they need to succeed and thrive.

What we've done.

Thanks to last year’s Stampede, we were able to make incredible improvements across our campus! With your support, we added two new Gaga Ball pits with turf, upgraded the teacher’s lounge, supported staff appreciation events, funded field trips for every grade level and purchased new tetherballs and volleyball pole covers. We also enhanced the playground with fresh striping for the track, basketball courts, and four square, and brought creativity to life with new stools for the art room. On top of that, we hosted a variety of fun events throughout the year that brought our students, families, and staff together as a community.

How funds will be used.

This year, our goal is to raise $95,000 to directly support our students, teachers, and school community. These funds will make a meaningful impact by providing:

• Field trips that expand learning beyond the classroom

• Student and family events that build community and create lasting memories

• Staff appreciation and requests to support our amazing teachers and staff

• Student recognition, including the 5th grade celebration and Kindergarten graduation

• New recess and PE equipment, such as soccer goals and more, to keep kids active and engaged

• Classroom subscriptions that enhance everyday learning

• A Principal Fund to meet needs as they arise and strengthen our school community

Together, we can reach our $95,000 goal and make this year the best one yet for Santa Rita Elementary.

Our Call to Action

To keep providing these opportunities for our students and community, we are asking each student to help by raising or donating $140. Every contribution brings us closer to our goal, and along the way, students will have the chance to earn exciting prizes as we reach each milestone together!

Event Date

Our Santa Rita Stampede will kick off on August 29th!  Bring the family and join the run on Friday, September 12th!  

Pre-K will kick off their run at 8:00 am

Kinder and First Grade will kick off their run at 8:30 am

Second and Third Grade will kick off their run at 9:30 am

Fourth and Fifth Grade will kick off their run at 10:30 am
