Todney, a Navy Veteran who served on the CVN 73, USS George Washington, was on his way to work when a car approaching from opposite direction was about 3-4 car lengths away when, with no turning signal, turned left right in front of Todney. Rather than Todney broad siding him he hit the rear break and layed it down. He went sliding down the road about 180 ft. and Todney's bike hit the other car which kept the other driver from driving off. It was later discovered that the driver of the car was intoxicated. He was arrested for dui, failure to yield, and causing an accident resulting in bodily injury.

Todney suffered two breaks to the tibia one of the phibia and femur on the left leg. Broke first three metatarsals on the right foot and two fractures of the pelvis on the right side. Also complete acl seperation in the left knee, and numerous torn ligaments and pulled muscles.

If you can help Todney with a small donation so he does not lose everything he has, he would greatly appreciate it. He has a long healing process ahead of him that will keep him from working. He served our Country and I don't want to see one more Veteran wind up on the streets or in dire straits. Remember even a little bit adds up.

Thank you
