Kenny Woodard is a student-athlete at Sacramento City College. Ever since losing his Mom to gun violence in his senior year of high school, Kenny has been determined to do his best and be his best - the best that his Mom always inspired him to strive for, both in the classroom and on the court. Last year, Kenny attended The Diamond Midwest Invitational basketball exposure camp in Chicago, an opportunity which would pit him against some of the top players in the country, all of them much older and much bigger than Kenny and all competing against one another with the hope of garnering a pro position in the NBA or abroad. Kenny didn't just attend the camp - he made a huge impression. Here's what the organizer Ryan Mueller (The Milwaukee Bucks) had to say:

"For being so young you absolutely WOWed me. You were on MY list for playing in the All-Star game and I was impressed with your solid play."

This year with contributions from all of YOU, Kenny was able to attend a camp in Atlanta in April which was very successful and offered Kenny a chance to compete against some incredible athletes in a whole different environment. Kenny came away with some new friends, resources and an invitation to the Elite 80 in Vegas in July!!

If any one would still like to contribute, that would be great but thank you once again for all your support.

Many thanks.
