Jenny the Beagle came into our rescue with a terrible limp.

X-rays show that she has an old Monteggia fracture with dislocation of her radial head. However, our vet hopes that it can be fixed and that her muscles will then respond with physiotherapy.

If we do not give Jenny the chance of this operation her leg will become worse with osteophytes (bone spurs) forming which in time will cause her further pain and loss of joint function resulting in fusion.  This would leave Jenny crippled.

So we have to ask for your help. We hope that you will support Jenny by making a donation to towards this appeal, to help give Jenny the best chance in life.
We need £850 to pay for her operation and physiotherapy afterwards to assist her regaining her mobility.

Thanks to our dedicated supporter, Marina Palmer, who raised a Facebook Fundraiser for her birthday in support of our rescue, Dali Dog Rescue UK, we already have £500 towards the operation.

So we need a further £350 to complete Jenny's appeal.
