Our project, “EUplift Nigerian Kids: Unlock Sport Potential And Joy Of Life” aims to make this vision a reality. By providing essential sports equipment, we’re helping them lead healthier, more active lives. Furthermore, we are committed to giving every child the opportunity to succeed through sports.
Partnership with the Nigeria School Sport Federation:
On March 20, 2024, SSF signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Nigeria School Sport Federation (NSSF). This partnership aims to enhance sports education in Nigeria. SSF will provide financial support, equipment, and training programs. Meanwhile, the Nigeria School Sport Federation will distribute the equipment and organize training sessions. Consequently, this collaboration ensures that resources are used effectively and reach those who need them most.
Our Clear Mission:
Our mission is to empower Nigerian children by providing them with essential sports equipment. This fosters their physical, mental, and social development. Through this initiative, we aim to create an environment where every child can thrive. We want to build confidence and embrace a brighter future filled with opportunities for growth and success.
1) Equip Schools: We distribute high-quality sports equipment to underserved schools in Nigeria. This ensures children have the tools to engage in sports. Proper equipment can make a huge difference in a child’s ability to participate and enjoy sports activities.
2) Educate and Train: We work with local educators to develop sports programs. These programs will maximize the use of new equipment and encourage ongoing participation in sports. Therefore, training coaches and teachers is essential to sustain the benefits of our project.
3) Build Community: We foster a sense of community and belonging through sports. This will encourage teamwork and collaboration among students. As a result, sports can bring communities together and create a positive environment for everyone involved.
