Hello everyone ,

My name is Nahid.I live in a middle-income country named Bangladesh.I worked for a research firm For a project of my firm, I had to visit a few slums last month. I went to 3 slums named Dhamalkort and Tekpara and Madda Tekpara,Dhaka.

I saw there how people are struggling every day with the basic need. the fact that they don't even have safe water to drink made me take an emotional decision to help them. I saw things there what I will never be able to explain in words. But for sure if they are human they don't deserve this.

its rainy season which is taking the water points underwater . I and my colleague who was with me during the slum visit want to construct 45   water points in these 3 slums . 15 for each. we want to make water point high enough so these do not go underwater in this rainy season.I want the slum to have at least good quality water. we talked with a few families in slums last weekend, children from 8 out of 15 families had diarrhea in last one month.

the total estimated cost for this project is $24000 .me and my colleague happily donating $1000 each .for this camping our target is $22000

Please feel free to send me an Email for more information. I will be happy send you some photos from these slums.I would to love to discuss
