What we've done.
We at Beva Brewing, in addition to our partners at Local Canning, have joined Harvest Project to create a new beer: Hand Up IPA. The purpose of this collaborative project is to help promote awareness, raise funds, and collect donations for Harvest Project's initiatives here on the North Shore. By including a QR code on every can of Hand Up IPA we made, we hope to create the opportunity for those who may not be familiar with Harvest Project to be introduced to their organization. Additionally, Beva Brewing will be donating $1 to Harvest Project from every pint of Hand Up IPA sold in our taproom. Finally, Beva will be collecting donated items for Harvest Project via hosting their collection boxes here in our taproom - continue reading below to learn more about how you can get involved! |  |
How funds will be used.

Harvest Project is a community-based urban relief organization and registered Canadian charity.Since 1993, Harvest Project has been reaching out to those who are experiencing the challenges of family trauma, illness, job loss, and the threat of poverty. We connect with hundreds of people each month – as we provide one-to-one client-coaching and active-listening, a rent bank, a grocery-support program, clothing supports, assistance for workforce re-entry, food-recovery and redistribution, and our retail Clothes For Change Thrift Boutique. Harvest Project is supported by volunteers and donors from every corner of the North Shore and from across Metro-Vancouver and beyond.We bring together holistic care and services for each individual and family as they seek to move to a brighter future.
