Why do I need to Confirm my email in my PayPal account?
If you don’t Confirm your email address in your PayPal account, then your PayPal account will not be able to accept any incoming money – every single person who tries to donate to your campaign will receive an error message and you will not be able to receive any donations to your campaign.
How do I know if my email address is Confirmed?
All error messages and warnings will go away if the PayPal account is ready to go, but you may be prompted to Connect Now. While this is an optional feature, it will help smooth over the donor experience for your supporters by reducing friction in the checkout flow.

I’ve done all this, but the message is still appearing
If you’ve made sure that your email address is spelled correctly in your campaign and you’ve also made sure the same email address is a Confirmed email address on your PayPal account, there may be some technical issue affecting PayPal’s system which is preventing it from communicating that to our system.
If this is the case, keep in mind that we don’t have access inside PayPal’s system so we’re unable to offer any direct help in resolving this issue. You’ll need to contact PayPal directly for assistance. You can reach PayPal at https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/contact-us.
