How to use the Admin Panel and manager navigation bar

The Campaign Admin NavBar and Admin Panel for your campaign page are where you can access everything you need to manage your campaign. 

How to view your campaign’s Admin Panel 

When you visit your campaign page, the Admin panel should automatically be there with a black NavBar along the top. Over to the left of the NavBar, you can click the words Owner and Public to flip back & forth between how the public sees your campaign and how you see it.   

If you don’t see a black NavBar along the top of your campaign, then you’re not signed in to the account you used to create the campaign or the account the campaign owner invited to help manage the team.

Black NavBar

You’ll see several options appear in the black NavBar. These options will be different depending on your role (Campaign Owner, Manager, or Promoter). Here’s a full list of things you may see there:

Edit – Lets you edit your campaign. Click here for more details.

Analytics – Lets you see your campaign analytics, including an overview of amount raised, # of contributions, how long it’s been running, # of social media shares and more.

Contacts – Lets you manage the list of your campaign’s followers and import your contacts into the list. Followers automatically receive Story updates via email. Click here to find out how to update your Story, and click here for more details on how to import contacts.

Offline contributions – Lets you see a list of the offline contributions posted to your campaign, and add more. Click here for more details.

Team – Lets you manage your Campaign team, and invite new Managers or Promoters. Click here for more details.

Transactions – Lets you see a complete list of all contributions made to your campaign, and download the list in a spreadsheet. Click here for more details.

Gear-shaped icon – Lets you Pause, Finish, or Delete your campaign, and withdraw funds. Keep in mind that you can only delete your campaign if there haven’t been any contributions. Click here for more details on deleting your campaign.
There are also some additional options for Organizations running Sub-campaigns. Click here for more details on the Sub-campaign options.

Admin Panel

You’ll see several tabs appear down the left side of the Admin Panel. These tabs will be different depending on your role (Campaign Owner, Manager, or Promoter).

From your coach

This tab is basically the introduction to your Admin Panel, and includes a link to our Success Guide. Click Next under the bottom right corner to scroll through the tabs, or just click the tabs themselves.

Action required

This tab will have a little orange caution symbol if there’s a problem with your campaign or if we have Coaching Messages for you.

Ask friends & family

This tab lets you send an email, a text message, or a Facebook message to your friends & family with a link to your campaign. Just pick a button and follow the prompts.

Import contacts

This tab lets you import your email contacts into your Followers list, which will automatically send them a notification email with a link to your campaign and a personal message from you. Your contacts will also be automatically subscribed to all your future campaign updates. Click here for more info on importing your contacts.

Build a team

This tab lets you invite friends, family members or colleagues to help manage or promote your campaign. Click Invite and you’ll be directed to your campaign’s Team Settings page, where you can send your invitations and do a few other things. Help your team

This tab has action items that tell your team what the next steps are. You can create your own action items here as well. 

Post an update

This tab lets you post an update to your Story on your campaign page which can automatically be posted to your Facebook wall. You can include pictures and videos, too. Updates are automatically emailed to everyone on your campaign’s Followers list.

Note: If you’re using a mobile phone, you’ll have to click the “View desktop version” link to see the picture and video buttons.


This tab lets you share your campaign via social media & email. The buttons here are the same ones you’ll find under the main image & contribute button on your campaign page.
