If you have any questions, you can reach out to our customer support team directly for assistance. This can be done by placing a ticket with the Support button in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Once you’ve created your campaign, you may want to set up a custom link for it, to make it easier for people to find your campaign or remember your campaign’s web address. This page will show you how.
Click the Edit link in your campaign’s Manager/Navigation Bar.
Scroll down to the Custom link section and click Customize.
Start typing your desired custom link into the text field.
If the one you want is already taken, you’ll see “Not valid” over to the right.
If the one you want is available, you’ll see “Available” over on the right. Just scroll to the bottom and click Save changes, and you’re done!
Important things to remember:
- Custom link text must be 9-30 characters long.
- Valid characters are letters, numbers,
- You CANNOT change the custom link after you launch your campaign.
