With the release of our new support center, we are revising old and outdated support articles. There may be information on this page that is outdated.
If you have any questions, you can reach out to our customer support team directly for assistance. This can be done by placing a ticket with the Support button in the bottom right corner of your screen.
If you need to contact the Owner of a campaign, the first thing you’ll want to do is go to their campaign page, then click the “Contact campaign” link next to the campaign’s byline and intro:
You’ll need to sign in if you aren’t already signed in.
You’ll then be directed to the Messages page in your account. Enter your message in the text field at the bottom, then click Send.
We’ll send the Campaign Owner an email notification, which will link them straight into their Messages page so they can respond*.
Whenever you receive a message or reply we’ll notify you by email, too.
You are able to respond to messages that are sent to you directly through the email that we send to you, or you are able to log into you User Account with the website and access your messages as shown:
*It is important to note that some may experience a wait time in hearing back from individual campaigns replying to your messages.
If you are wanting to reach out to an actual organization specifically, and not just their specific campaign managers, we suggest going to the organization’s independent website. By doing this you are able to connect with them through their contact page, allowing for a more direct approach without us as a third party platform.
