If you have signed in to the FundRazr platform with an Email login, here is how to reset your password.
Firstly, you will need to find your Account Settings page (click here). It can be located at any time with your User drop-down menu here:
Once you have loaded into this page, you will want to click on the Email & Password tab on the left column. This will bring you to the page to add or update your password.
If you do not receive the password reset email within a few minutes, make sure to check your spam folders! After checking these folders, if you have still not received the email, please write in to our customer support and let us know. We can help reset the password for you as needed.
Note: We will not reset passwords on your behalf unless the user writes in to us from the email address connected to the User account. If you no longer have access to the email address, please provide another means of proving your identity or connection to the email so we can help get you logged in.
Social Media Logins
If you have signed in using any of the Social Media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google), we cannot reset your password for you. You will have to reset your password for these accounts on their respective websites.
Our customer support team can help set you up with an Email login and password if needed instead.
