With the release of our new support center, we are revising old and outdated support articles. There may be information on this page that is outdated.

If you find a User making abusive comments or spamming external links, please let us know. We take these reports very seriously, as our aim is to keep the community safe. We investigate all reports and take action as soon as possible.
Submit a report to us through the Support button found in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Be sure to include a link to the Profile page of the person being reported (example: https://fundrazr.com/profiles/BobMulholland). To grab their Profile link, click their name and copy the URL of that page.
Please also include a link to the campaign they spammed if possible. We can remove their comments more quickly with this link. The campaign title itself is not enough for us to track it down in the system so a link or URL is best.
