Article Under Revision
With the release of our new support center, we are revising old and outdated support articles. There may be information on this page that is outdated.
If you have any questions, you can reach out to our customer support team directly for assistance. This can be done by placing a ticket with the Support button in the bottom right corner of your screen.
If you’re having trouble signing in to your account, this page will help you.
1: Look for your name
Try this first. This method is for all users, but it will only work if you’re using the same computer/device you used last time you signed in and you haven’t cleared the cookies on that device since then.
The first thing you’ll want to do when you return to your campaign is look for a banner the appears at the top of the page with your name on it. When you see your name, click the “Sign in” link next to it to automatically sign in through the same social media account or email address that you used last time.
If you forget to click the Sign in link in the banner and you just click the main Sign in link in the top menu instead, then you’ll see a page like this one:
As you can see in that screenshot, there’s a green check mark on the Use Facebook option, which means the cookies stored on my computer are telling this page to remind me that I signed in through Facebook the last time I was here.
When you get to this page, just look for the green check mark and use whatever method it tells you you used last time, and you should be able to sign in without any problems.
If you don’t see a green check mark on the page reminding you how you signed in last time, that means you’re either using a different device or you’ve cleared the cookies on that device since the last time you were here. In this case, move on to the next section of this Help Page:
2: Look on your campaign page
This method is for Campaign Owners only who have either cleared the cookies on their device, are using a different device to sign in this time, or just plain can’t remember how they signed in last time.
If you’re a Contributor, skip to the next section.
For Campaign Owners reading this: My guess is that you probably just tried to sign in with an email address & password, but our system is telling you that the email address isn’t registered. You’re confused because that email address is where we’ve been sending you emails. Don’t worry, this section should help get you signed in without having to contact us.
Go to your campaign page and look at the byline. If you see a Facebook, Google or LinkedIn logo next to your name, then that means you’ve already linked that social media profile to your campaign, so try signing in through one of those login services instead of through an email/password combination (if you use the same email address to sign in to any of those social media accounts, that’s why we’ve been sending email there).
After you’ve signed in, if you want to set up a password that will let you sign in through an email/password combination next time, click here for instructions.
3: Try a different Sign in method
If you’re a Contributor trying to sign in to update the information you left with your contribution, then you may not have created an account yet.
If this is the case and the system won’t let you sign in with an email & password, that means you don’t have an account yet, so you can either click the “New here? Sign up” link at the top of the email sign-in page or you can click the Social options link next to that to sign in via social media.
4: Get in touch with our Support Team
If you’ve already gone through all of the relevant steps above and still can’t get in, then submit a ticket to us through the Support button in the bottom right corner of your screen and we’ll help you figure out how to access your account.
