The governor turns the language of the civil rights movement on its head to argue that CRT resurrects ‘segregationist values'.  Leveritt argues the opposite is true, that the state law against the teaching of CRT is just an effort to keep Arkansas students, black and white, ignorant of their history. Come for a lively discussion covering the racial composition of Little Rock’s neighborhoods, the racial wealth gap, the GI Bill, college enrollment and how all that ties into CRT.

Doors open at 11:30, and the Copper Grill buffet begins immediately afterward. Alan will start shortly before noon, followed by a Q&A session. We will wrap up by 1 p.m.
