Operation Support Our Troops-America

Our mission is to support the morale and well-being of American forces by providing comfort, resources, and education to them and their families both while they are deployed in harm’s way and after their return. As a volunteer-based nonprofit organization, we provide the opportunity for our community members to express their appreciation and also offer support for our troops. Engaged in the longest war of our country’s history and with our servicemen and women completing multiple tours of duty, we are committed to showing them that "We Have NOT Forgotten."

We are excited to announce our upcoming event, where you can go 'Over The Edge' in support of our cause.

Our event will be held on September 11, 2021. Keep Fundraising! The event will be held at Hotel Arista.

Are you looking for a new way to challenge yourself? An adrenaline junkie hoping to make the world a better place? Do you need an excuse to do something out of the ordinary? Want to face your fear of heights head-on?  We are hosting the event the perfect event for everyone.

With the support of Over The Edge, you can have the chance to rappel down Hotel Arista and have the experience of a lifetime all while raising money for a fantastic cause.  What better way to show your friends and family your dedication to the cause by strapping up and going over the edge!

$50  (Fee is non-refundable, but will count towards your fundraising goal.) Register by August 18, 2021.

 Your Support Matters 

Each of us has the ability to reach across the world or across the street and put a hand on the shoulder of a soldier or veteran and say, “We’re here. You’re not alone. We care about you.” We invite you to be that hand; helping America’s heroes know that we remember and value their service and sacrifice.   You can be that voice to the over 170,000 service members still serving in dangerous places in over 150 countries around the world and our veterans and their families here at home.

At OSOT-America we strive to make every penny of your donation matter. In 2019, we have sent 4,400 Comfort and Care packages to military members deployed in harm's way, provided $125,000 in grants to Veterans in need through our Veterans Assistance Program, held two Leap of Faith seminars, supporting 64 Gold Star Family members, and our certified yoga instructors teach five weekly G.I. Yoga classes for veterans and their families.

Previous Fundraising activities we have lead...  

We have previously put together fundraisers including Rockin' For the Troops and the Red, White, and Blues Gala. Proceeds from these events raise money for our programs to support our military community, including our Leap of Faith Program. This program supports our Families of the Fallen and is a three-day seminar and healing experience based on the idea that those families of fallen service members could live life fully and in a way that honors the life of their service member, despite their terrible loss. Take a look at Ellen's video below.
