Your support is critical to preserving the North Flatbush business community. North Flatbush Avenue is a neighborhood shopping district connecting the bustling Brooklyn Downtown with some of the greatest neighborhoods in New York City. Anchored by the Barclays Center and Grand Army Plaza, the district hosts some amazing eateries, unique boutiques, and essential services for the neighbors in Prospect Heights, Park Slope and Pacific Park. The neighborhood has undergone an amazing renaissance in recent years with new neighbors, more dining options, and the proximity to many cultural hubs like Prospect Park, BAM, Brooklyn Library Central Branch and the Brooklyn Museum. The current landscape is dire for local business and uncertainty prevents many business operators from opening in this unique marketplace. Please help North Flatbush help #smallbusiness.

We Need to Help the Businesses We Love,

Before They are Gone Forever.

The COVID-19 pandemic has decimated our community - especially the neighborhood businesses that we rely on. These are the businesses that fuel our daily lives — the ones that make Brooklyn, BROOKLYN.  Our local businesses are in trouble, and they need our support NOW to survive.

The COVID-19 Impact on Small Businesses

Thousands of our local businesses — entrepreneurs, minority/women and immigrant-owned businesses — have been shut out of many loan programs. This is why the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce designed this non-profit fund to provide vital support to neighborhood businesses that most need help.

"I am proud to support the Bring Back Brooklyn Fund. Brooklyn is all of us!"

- Eric Adams, Brooklyn Borough President

DONATE NOW - Your local small businesses are the heart of our great neighborhoods — help save them today. It's time for all of us to come together to keep our neighborhoods strong.

Make a Difference in Your Community

No-interest, community-driven loans to save local business.

We created the Bring Back Brooklyn Fund in response to COVID-19 when we saw how many of our local businesses were being shut out of government loans. Through our CDFI, Brooklyn Alliance Capital (BAC), we will provide no-interest, recovery loans of $500 - $10,000 to help local small businesses recover from COVID-19. 65% of the Bring Back Brooklyn loans will be made to minority and women-owned businesses.
