I had every opportunity as a kid and what a life, let's help some kids find the same enjoyment. I have been told I have a very punchable face, imagine a world where you could see me be punched and it helped the kids....... now get off your wallet

Hello Friends and Others!

Here is an oppertunity to make an honest difference in a kids life. The East Side boxing club helps kids from the DTES community with an after school program. The program teaches kids skills, gets them excersizing, and socializing at the gym. There is food for them and a community that they can be a part of, and we all know how nice it feels to be a part of something. From my time inside the gym I can tell you what a positive, fun atmosphere it is and you can rest easy knowing you are supporting a great cause.

My fundraising goal is $5000, raising $2000 gets you to the rumble but the more we raise the bigger the difference to the kids. Please help me in my effort to support a gym, a place, and a group of kids who wouldn't otherwise have this a part of there lives.

CHEERS to all and I hope to see you ringside at the rumble if I get a fight or not!!!!

Founded in 2012, Aprons for Gloves Boxing Association is a non-profit organization focused on providing community outreach through the sport of boxing. Based in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, the organization was developed by a small group of professionals and entrepreneurs who seized an opportunity to re-establish a historic boxing program for at-risk women and youth. The program offers free mentorship and training to individuals who may otherwise not have the resources or support to participate in such activities. The sport of boxing teaches discipline, respect, hard work and self-control. Training results in positive self-esteem, good health and camaraderie for its practitioners.

Restaurant Rumble 2017

Every year bartenders, chefs, dishwaters, servers, baristas and all sorts of individuals from the Gastown community get together to train at the Eastside Boxing Club to fight in Restaurant Rumble.

In order to attend training, each fighter is required to raise $2000 for charity before they can compete at the Rumble.
