We strongly believe in mental health, for both animals and our veterans. Through this partnership, we are helping soldiers with PTSD by encouraging them to find therapy animals. So far, we have had huge success, but now we want to return some of that good will back into the community! So please, help us support this abandoned cat shelter and donate! For every $2 you donate, we will meet you half way at $1! We have $2,500 do spare, and we plan to donate every penny.

Peer-2-Peer - Peer-to-peer fundraising leverages your community of supporters to crowdfund on your behalf. Sometimes called social fundraising, personal/team fundraising or just P2P, it enables individuals and/or groups to work together to promote your cause and collection contributions.
Approval - Choose to require approval for a 3rd party volunteer to create a campaign on behalf of your organization.
Permissions - Delegate responsibilities and editing permissions for team members, managers and volunteers for your campaigns.
Public Master Campaign - Show your partners and followers the aggregated funds raised from all your sub-campaigns. By showing the master campaign, potential donors can choose to contribute to the cause regardless of their personal connections or interest to the sub-campaigns.
Endorsements - Team members are encouraged to add a personal video and endorsement message to campaigns they support. These custom messages are shown to the referral traffic they create by sharing with their social networks. This personalization of the campaign message motivates their friends to follow their example and support the cause.
Teams - Invite your colleagues, teammates, family, friends or even volunteers to help promote a campaign, or at higher levels, manage it.
Secure Funding - All donations are deposited directly to the organization's banking accounts. The 3rd party or volunteer campaign creator has no access to the funds.
Scheduled Deadline - If there is a specific date in which the campaign needs to be completed by, visitors to your campaign will see the date in which the campaign will close.

Country borders are no barrier when it comes to educating players about the possibilities, as well as the severity, of neurotrama injuries. 29 teams from both Canada and The United States stood together to support awareness of the risks, to fund research to treat or cure these injuries and to encourage the use of prevention methods. Through their collaborative efforts, they have raised over $89,000 for the Shoot for a Cure campaign. Through social media sharing, the community's engagement increased and many visitors to the campaigns took a step forward to tell their own stories and injuries, some of which were not hockey related. Campaigns such as these tap in to the feeling of community and support. Accidents like these can happen at any time and with research still ongoing, we do not always have a solution for recovery. Shoot for a Cure is looking to help fix that.
2017 Charity Championship

Have you ever been to an event where a charity, run by a casino, raises funds and awareness for other local charities through competition? Perhaps not, but the residents of Regina, Saskatchewan have. Casino Regina & Moose Jaw Community Fund have created a fierce but friendly competition for their local charities by challenging them to raise the most funds amongst their peers. Each competing team has a chance to win one of the top prizes for a large donation to a charity of their choice, as well as a cash prize for the team itself, 1st place being $1000! By challenging each team to run a course over a 100-foot inflatable obstacle course, the amount they raise gives them an advantage against the competition by deducting time for every $500+ raised. Talk about giving these teams a run for their money.
