Since 2020, Taproot Collaborative has been innovating nature-based methods to regenerate the Earth—collaborating with native tribes, local communities, government agencies and universities.

 Our goals for 2026 are to continue:

• Advancing our acclaimed Pinaleño Sacred Springs Restoration Project.
• Pioneering the use of native Fungi as a powerful ally in restoration.
• Restoring critical habitats for endangered species.
• Partnering with indigenous communities to heal ancestral lands.
• Enabling youth and the next generation of eco-restorationists.

A  Silver Lining

Federal budget cuts severely impacted Taproot's funding – yet brought us a silver lining. Our Indigenous partners increased their volunteer efforts and we were able to achieve planned objectives. Adapting to a changing environment as nature does, Taproot Collaborative grew and remains undaunted. We continue to strive ahead boldly – and with your help we can do even more.
