We are   International China Concern Hong Kong  , a charitable organisation that  brings love, hope and opportunity to  children with disabilities in China.  ICC was founded in 1993 and currently operates in Hunan province. ICC is one of the very few foreign NGOs to be registered in China.  Our care centers in Hengyang and Changsha are providing full-time family-style care, therapy and vocational training to disabled children who have been abandoned. Most of these children have severe disabilities, we care for young people with cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, spinal bifida and a range of other medical conditions.

Currently ICC operates Family-style Group Homes for around 250 children in Hengyang and Changsha. This not only represents the local government's affirmation of the quality of our service, but also a valuable opportunity for us to provide help and support to even more families. ICC also assists impoverished families caring for a disabled child at home. Our expert teams are providing a range of services and support to more than 100 families.

Every year, ICCHK holds our   “Circle of Hope”  fundraising dinner, bringing new and old friends of ICC together , for a feast of love and grace. This is also a meaningful time to respond to the needs of children with disabilities in China.
