Hello! I am a third grade teacher at Beaver Acres Elementary School. We are a Title 1 school with students from very diverse backgrounds. I work every day to bring new experiences and learning to my students. Many of the students we serve do not have the opportunities to work with and learn about technology at home. I want to provide my students with new experiences to grow a love of learning.

This year, there are 122 students in third grade. I am asking for a set of Dash and Dot robots for the third grade team at a cost of $1,895.

The Classroom Pack provides an ideal 3:1 student-to-robot ratio and will allow our students to work in small groups to access this technology.

With the robots, our students will learn to code and so much more. We will first learn the steps to code/program the robots and then will use them to apply our learning about force by using the launch attachment to shoot baskets! This type of hands-on learning is something that our students do not have a lot of experience with.  I need your help to provide our students with this opportunity.
