We understand newcomers' challenges when starting a new life and business in a different community. Cultural differences, market understanding, and the lack of networking opportunities can be daunting.
Although many resources are available for knowledge-based government support, teaching how to start a business, and providing templates for loan applications, newcomers need a local connection to learn about the Canadian business environment and people. They want to personally ask basic questions to experts for direct feedback and solutions.
To help newcomers overcome these obstacles, Vision2Reality Foundation (V2RF) offers the Tri-Mentorship Program. It's an exclusive, 100% online, non-profit initiative dedicated to assisting newcomers in realizing their business visions and a bridge to connect with local business professionals.
The program groups three members together: one mentor and two mentees, fostering lasting connections and support. Mentors provide guidance, share experiences, and offer industry insights while mentees gain knowledge and expertise. Together, they define actionable goals and hold each other accountable for progress.
